Terms & Conditions
- You may take your own pictures during your “Santa Visit” session.
- The cost/donation per “Santa Visit” session is $20 per family (a maximum of six family members). If your family size is greater than six members, you must schedule multiple “Santa Visit” sessions. NOTE: 4 —“Santa Visit” sessions will be available during each 30-minute time slot.
- The 4 —“Santa Visit” sessions during a 30-minute time slot are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your “Santa Visit” session time slot.
- There will be 15 days that families can visit Santa and Mrs. Claus throughout the Christmas season.
- 100% of ALL Proceeds will be donated to Go4theGoal, a 501(c)(3) Pediatric Cancer Foundation dedicated to providing the resources patients and families need to battle childhood cancer.
- There are no same-day walk-in “Santa Visit” session purchases. “Santa Visit” session purchases must be made in-store or online in advance of all available time slots.
- If you are visiting with Santa and you are late or have an unforeseen problem and miss your purchased 30-minute time slot, we will try to accommodate you and your family, either that day or in the future. Please remember that other families have scheduled their “Santa Visits” after your purchased 30-minute time slot and will have the first priority for their purchased “Santa Visit” time slot.
- Due to allergies and safety concerns, pets will not be allowed during any “Santa Visit” sessions.
- You must present your digital or paper receipt showing proof of your “Santa Visit” session purchase when checking in for your designated time slot.
- Upon purchasing your “Santa Visit” time slot with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Dambly’s you agree to the above terms and conditions.
