Santa's Last Day - December 23rd
Santa takes a break on Saturday and Sunday from 2-2:30, so plan your visit accordingly!
*We're grateful our Santa is both popular and well received the way he engages with families. We encourage families to come two hours before the end of Santa's hours.
This time of year, many families come to visit our popular Santa. Santa with his busy schedule stops by Dambly’s Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from now until December 23rd.
We encourage families to come at least two hours before Santa’s last hour of the day to make sure there is ample time to meet with Santa. If you come two hours before Santa’s last hour of the day, you should have no problem seeing him, but we cannot guarantee that families showing up after that 2-hour window will be able to squeeze their visit in.
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee there will be enough time for every family to visit unless you arrive early. It's not possible to give an exact cut off hour because it all depends on how many families are trying to visit on a given night.
For your convenience, we use a ticket system allowing you to browse our Christmas shop rather than standing in a 15 minute to an hour and a half line. The duration of time in line is based on the number of families visiting with Santa. Weather conditions, time of the season, and duration of each family's visit with Santa effect how long your wait could be.
Out of fairness to everyone, we will start selling tickets 15 MINUTES prior to Santa's start time. We will not be selling them any earlier than that. Based on how many families purchase tickets throughout the day, WE MAY STOP SELLING TICKETS PRIOR TO SANTAS FINISH TIME.
Our Santa has his great reputation because he takes time to make sure each families visit is the perfect holiday experience. Depending on the size of the family, some visits can take up to 10 minutes.
We apologize for any inconvenience our Santa experience may cause. It's not an exact science, but we do our best to ensure every family has the same great Santa experience.
